Introduction:
Another great week on the road. Starting off in Durango, CO I met up with two college friends also traveling the western states. Our first destination was Mesa Verda National Park, thankfully no rain/ snow like last week. Heading further southwest we stopped by the Four Corners Monument and Monument Valley. After spending a night on BLM land in southern Utah we headed north to Canyonlands National Park and Moab, UT; Setting up camp just south of Moab was a perfect location. We biked for two days, explored the town and, went to Arches National Park. Splitting ways, my friends headed south to Zion National Park and I was headed west to Great Basin National Park. Finally ending the week in South Lake Tahoe, CA. These next two weeks will be difficult for me to post. My brother and I will be hiking the Tahoe Rim Trail. The Tahoe Rim Trail is a 165-mile backpacking hike that loops around Lake Tahoe, more info here.

One dollar from every sale will be donated to the Leave No Trace non-profit (more info here). I decided that since I'm using and enjoying public land, I should also be doing something to keep it clean and enjoyable for everyone.
